The tenant, PRN Ambulance, is relocating from Van Nuys and the building will be utilized by PRN as an ambulance dispatch, training and storage facility and corporate headquarters. Building features include a fully air-conditioned warehouse with 20’ ceilings, 7,000 SF of office space, and a private secured yard.
